See All ReviewsIt’s 4:10 pm. The place is empty. There are 14 people waiting to be seated in one of the 150 open seats. This is horrific service, horrific management, horrific leadership. I stood for 22 minutes to be seated at a table for four. Three parties of two came after me and were seated before me.
Destiny W is a rockstar. I didn’t see anyone else in the dining room except her and for the amount of tables she had, she kept us as a priority as she did everyone else. She truly has a service skill that others could learn from. She will be the reason me and my family come back because I’ve had nothing but bad servers in the past. She’s changed the outlook on this restaurant’s quality of service for me. The food was good. Mine was cold and she fixed it no problem. She didn’t even hesitate where I’ve felt like it was my fault to even speak up. She genuinely cared about me and my family’s experience and for how much food costs have risen, she made for a good time and money well spent. Anything bad I would want to say was quickly corrected by her attentiveness and me and my family appreciate that.
I'm allergic to garlic and onion, and the staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. Even after walking me through my options, when the food was ready, they made sure to let me know they had cleaned the grill before cooking my steak. I really appreciated that! This level of care is very rare for a chain restaurant. For people with allergies, it’s always hard to find a place to eat, so we feel incredibly grateful when a restaurant truly cares about us. The food was good and all the staff was super friendly
